Property Preparation and Maintenance: We make your property presentable! We coordinate with our extensive list of vendors to make the process painless for you!


Marketing Your Rental: We advertise your property both online and on-site for maximum exposure. Websites we use include the Multi-Listing Service (MLS), Zillow, Trulia and many more.


Tenant Screening: We run a strict credit and eviction check on each prospective tenant and verify employment as well as rental history. We want you to get your income each month and we make sure that your property stays in excellent condition!


Walk Through and Documentation: Each new tenant completes a walk-through form and we file it along with the lease agreements.

Monthly Reporting: Each month you receive two statements and all funds are kept in a trust account from which you are paid. We do payments electronically so you don’t have to lift a finger!

Repairs: Experienced trades people fix tenants’ repair problems. We only make decisions on repairs up to the amount in the property management agreement. You will always be alerted when necessary but we deal with the small stuff and emergencies so you don’t have to!

Delinquencies: We use aggressive rent collection procedures. Should eviction action be required, we represent the owners in court at no additional charge.


Fees: Our management fee for full service property management is very competitive. There are no hidden fees. We collect zero fees until a lease is secured and rent is received!


Market Conditions: As licensed Realtors, you can contact us for current market conditions on your property, including properties for sale, recent sales and our opinion on the market value of your property. We can also assist you in expanding your investment portfolio!
